We will be working to upgrade our core software
While we do not expect any service outages. It is possible that one or more services will be offline for a few hours at a time. We will try to avoid this where we can.

If experience any issues during this period, please do not post a Help Ticket. Rather, if you can wait until the upgrades are done. Then, if the problem persists, please post a help ticket to advise us. This will help us to avoid chasing our tail fixing things that are in progress anyway.
